A La Mode In-Flight production facility and staff members will operate under our already strict food safety guidelines as well as additional practice standards of Health & Safety to ensure the safety and security of our team, clients and partners. The safety of our team, clients, partners, you and your family are our first priority. We are taking all necessary precautions to mitigate the spread of the virus.

Our Team Requirements.

  1. Team members will clean and sanitize all kitchen production work areas, stations, tools and equipment used before clocking out for their shift.

  2. All team members will wash and sanitize their hands, stations, surfaces and tools between each task to ensure HACCP standards.

  3. All team members will dress in clean, sanitized uniforms with disinfected headwear, shoes and tools.

  4. Social distancing will be enforced in the kitchen to ensure the safety and security of team members and those we serve.

  5. Team members will apply disinfectant for hands and uniform as necessary upon entering our kitchens.

  6. All team members will wash their hands with warm soapy water for 20-seconds before or immediately upon entering the kitchen and before beginning work.

  7. All team members will wear gloves during production work and change them regularly when handling raw foods or ready to eat foods.

  8. Team members will be required to wear face masks during the production and assembly of all food products in the kitchen.

  9. Our team members will be required to sanitize cellphones before entering the catering facility, cellphones are to never be placed on work surfaces.

Our Delivery Requirements.

1. Delivery vehicles are to be sanitized before and after each shift with sanitizer and disinfectant products


2. Staff members will be required to wear face masks when delivering all catering items.


3. A La Mode In-Flight DOES NOT use 3rd party delivery companies and ensures that all catering orders will be delivered by one of our team members to ensure all protocols provided above are followed, for the health and safety of our clients and team members.
